This industry is no stranger to the development model. It is the lifeblood of what we do. Bug pops up, we identify it, we put together a plan to remedy the situation, we test said plan, we make adjustments, we test again, and we deploy the fix.
The insightful thing about the development model is that it can be applied to our life in many ways: from our work to our relationships to our health. Every area of our life has bugs. We all need to apply patches, update code, and train our systems accordingly.
This workshop breaks down the development model, applying it specifically to our wellness. Working on our wellness bugs can enable us to achieve even more success. (We also go into how health is much more than just exercise, diet, and sleep – hence we refer to it as wellness.) You will walk away with a plan of how to get started applying the development model to your own life, and the knowledge of how to maintain the bug fixes along the way.
Facilitated by Board Certified Health Coaches who cross over into the PostgreSQL realm, this is a great opportunity to invest time into you in a workshop manner [that maybe your boss pays for].
