My path began at Bashkir State University, where I studied economics and business administration. Early on, I realized that technology markets fascinated me more than any other — not just because of their innovation, but because of how quickly they touch people’s lives. After several years in commercial automation and retail tech, I joined Vendland, drawn by its vision of blending engineering excellence with sustainability and service. At Vendland, I manage regional sales operations and partnerships across Russia. My role is as much about relationships as it is about machines — understanding each client’s unique needs, forecasting market trends, and building custom vending solutions that balance quality, efficiency, and profitability. I collaborate closely with our engineering, logistics, and service teams to make sure every installation delivers both performance and reliability. I’m proud to have led several large-scale contracts for Vendland, including partnerships with corporate clients who were looking to transition to eco-friendly vending systems. One highlight was helping deploy over 200 energy-efficient coffee vending units across major business centers in the Ufa region. This project not only exceeded performance expectations but also demonstrated that profitability and sustainability can go hand in hand.
