As a National Board and Duke-certified Integrative Health Professional, Malika has led R&D teams across biotech companies and startups. Throughout her career, she witnessed talented professionals burn out, destroying careers and devastating organizational productivity. This reality drove her to focus on burnout prevention and recovery. She uses science-backed methods to help clients identify stress triggers and develop strategies for lasting change. Through Founding Momentum, Malika partners with organizations committed to creating workplace cultures where people can thrive without sacrificing their health or wellbeing.

It is well-documented that in the fast-paced tech industry, people often experience high stress and burnout. This results, among many other factors, from working long hours, tight deadlines, prolonged sitting, constant screen time, and a lack of clear separation between work and personal life. Burnout has been classified by the World Health Organization (WHO) as “an occupational phenomenon” resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully addressed. How do we address workplace stress and prevent burnout? Working with Integrative Health and Wellness professionals is one excellent resource for helping individuals improve their overall well-being. Our workshop provides you with the opportunity to experience the benefits of Integrative Health Coaching (IHC). It is relevant for both individual contributors and leaders. By participating you will: - Assess your overall well-being, identify areas of your health and well-being that need attention, and understand how they impact your stress. - Work with an integrative health professional who will guide you through a science-based, evidence-backed process to tune your stress parameters and achieve optimal well-being. - Learn how to recalibrate stress levels and optimize health and performance. - Participate in a live demonstration of the health and well-being coaching process and experience how it fosters habit-building and sustainable change to prevent stress and burnout.
